Yes! Our honey is raw, minimally filtered, and never pasteurized. This helps preserve the natural enzymes, pollen, aroma, and flavor that make local honey unique.

Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. It does not mean the honey has gone bad.

To return it to a liquid state, place the bottle in warm (not boiling) water until it slowly liquefies.
